This delicious apple-cinnamon cake brings a warm smile to every face and fills your home with the scent of Christmas. A classic combo of fresh apples and warming cinnamon – it’s sure to be a hit! Our mix is packed with love, so all you need to add is butter, eggs, and just a few minutes of your time. Because what’s better than enjoying a fresh, homemade cake on a cold winter’s day? Easy as pie! How to make it? Preheat your oven (175°C for conventional, 160°C for fan). Mix the eggs with the butter. Then, add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix everything well until you have a smooth batter, and pour it into a greased or parchment-lined cake tin. Place the tin in the center of the oven for 60-70 minutes. Check the cake with a skewer. If the skewer comes out with batter on it, let it bake a little longer. If it comes out clean, your cake is ready. Keep in mind, baking times are guidelines and can vary per oven. Serving Tip – A golden slice! Garnish the cake with thin slices of apple on top of the batter before baking. This not only gives the cake a beautiful appearance, but also adds an extra delicious twist! Vegan variation – A compassionate Christmas! No butter or eggs? No problem! We’ve got a delicious vegan alternative! Replace the butter with margarine and the eggs with chia seeds. Mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water and let it sit for a while. Each tablespoon of chia is equivalent to one egg. Voilà, a delightful plant-based Christmas cake!
